豚バラではなくミンチを入れて、キャベツたっぷり、もやし抜き、ソバ麺はパリパリというのが特徴のようだ。
一番豪華なミックス（1,277円）を注文。イカ、エビ、豚バラなどのトッピングが具沢山！ 鉄板で焼いたチーズがたっぷり入ってボリュームもあります。
明らかに広島市内の伝統的なお好み焼きとは異なるアプローチで、これはこれで美味い。今回で2回目ですが、また食べたくなるでしょう。
お店は清掃が行き届いていて気持ちいいです。宅配にも力を入れており、夜でも注文の電話がひっきりなしでした。
This is a Fuchu-yaki shop. Fuchu is not the one with the Mazda headquarters, but the okonomiyaki from Bingo Fuchu in the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture. Is it difficult for outsiders to understand?
It seems that the characteristic is that you put mince instead of pork belly, plenty of cabbage, sprouts, and crispy buckwheat noodles.
Order the most luxurious mix (1,277 yen). Lots of toppings such as squid, shrimp and pork belly! There is plenty of cheese baked on an iron plate.
Obviously, this is a different approach from the traditional okonomiyaki in Hiroshima, and this is delicious. This is my second time, and you'll want to eat again.
The shop is well cleaned and feels good. We also put a lot of effort into home delivery, and there were no constant phone calls for orders even at night.
