麺は細麺で焼かれすぎず、魚粉もほどほどに、キャベツも甘くとても美味しい。
支払いは現金のみ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初来店は2015年頃。東京から広島へ転勤になり、家探しに来た日の昼ごはん。ひとりでフラッと行きました。広島の本場のお好み焼き初体験。こんなに食べ応えがあって、けどペロッと完食できる美味しさ。その後は近所のアパートに入居したので月1程度で来店orテイクアウト。その後約5年お世話になりました。親が広島へ遊びに来た時も、嫁家族が来た時もココ。2021年、福岡へ引っ越すことになり、最後の広島飯もココ。また広島へ行くことがあれば必ず寄りますね。
The first visit is around 2015. Lunch on the day I was transferred from Tokyo to Hiroshima and came to look for a house. I went fluttering alone. First experience of authentic okonomiyaki in Hiroshima. It's so satisfying to eat, but it's delicious enough to be eaten completely. After that, I moved into an apartment in the neighborhood, so I came to the store or took out about once a month. I have been indebted for about 5 years since then. It's here when parents come to Hiroshima and when their bride's family comes. In 2021, I will move to Fukuoka, and the last Hiroshima meal is here. If I go to Hiroshima again, I will definitely stop by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お好み焼きだけではなく、ちょっとした一品などもあります。飲みながら居酒屋的な雰囲気も味わえるお店です。ピリ辛肉玉がおすすめです。特におそばのパリッとシタ食感がくせになります。
Not only okonomiyaki, but also a small dish. It is a restaurant where you can enjoy the atmosphere of an izakaya while drinking. Spicy meat balls are recommended. Especially, the crispy texture of soba is addictive.

一品メニューも充実しており、数回通った程度では飽きさせない魅力があります。
