★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名前は普明堂ですが、観音堂だと思われます。しかし、祀られている観音さまは何か分かりませんでした。
 The name is Fumei-do, but it seems to be Kannon-do. However, I didn't know what Kannon was enshrined in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ その昔、下呂温泉が枯渇した時に白鷺が川から出ている温泉を村人に教えたそうです。白鷺は薬師如来の化身であることから、このお寺ができたようです。
普通の田舎寺ですが、下呂の方々の信仰の場所となっているようです。
A long time ago, when Gero Onsen was exhausted, Shirasagi taught the villagers about the hot springs that came out of the river. Shirasagi is an incarnation of Yakushi Nyorai, so it seems that this temple was built.
It is an ordinary country temple, but it seems to be a place of worship for the people of Gero.
