We found that the service here was very good. We would have liked to visit the hotel shop but it was not open the entire time we were at the hotel.

The location was convenient and close to various footbaths and public baths. Pick us up at the Gero station personally and do the best to satisfied our need.

I'm rest assured after spoken with the ***ager Ben-who is very helpful and able to speak mutli-language. Onsen facilities although not of very extensive type but just enough in hotel.

Hospitality starts at the time of my reservation via the hotel's website where Ben has been so responsive and helpful in advance arrangement such as private onsen and dinner option. A Cantonese speaking staff gave us a warm welcome.

You get what you pay for. Location is convenient. We moved from Nara and took the wrong train route which made us reach Gero station at.

We were very pleased and greatful that the staffs reserved the dinner fou us which they could waived as of our delay. We enjoyed stay at this hotel and will highly recommend my friend to go.

The services is superb. The hotel serves food in our room and the price is quite reasonable. The hotel location is very convenient.

The room is neat and tidy. Welcome by ***ager Ben Ng who was originated from Hong Kong but has been living in Japan for 18 years. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
