B	BLUE BOSS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今夜、初めてお伺いさせて頂きました。予め予約しておいたので、ゆったりとしたカウンタ席で… お食事する事が出来ました。まず、お店を外から見ると…… 近づかないと、お店と分からないくらいな外観で、隠れ家的な感じでした。お店の中に入ると、とっても落ち着いた雰囲気でした。今夜、お食事させて頂いた席は、カウンター席なのですが、座った目の前はガラス張りで、外の景色が薄らと見えましたが…昼間でしたら植木の向こうには、公園が見えると思います。さて、肝心なお食事ですが… 今夜は、特別な食事でしたので… ｢おまかせコース｣を予約しておきました。なので、お品書きはありませんでした。料理の出てくるタイミングは、次から次へとどんどん出てくる訳ではなく、絶妙なタイミングでお料理が運ばれてきました。お料理の味は、全てがお上品なお味で… 食材の味を損なわず、且つ食材を引き立たせる味付けになっていました。お店の名前(四季料理ゆきの下)通りに、今の旬の食材を使った料理でした。大変美味しく、食材の味を堪能出来ました。前菜⇒松茸の土瓶蒸し⇒お造り⇒煮魚⇒お肉⇒松茸の土鍋の炊き込みご飯⇒栗の生羊羹見た目も美しく、味も絶品でした。お気に入りになりました。お店の方も、凄く礼儀良く…とても好印象でした。今度は、ランチタイムに行ってみようと思います(^^) ランチタイムは、リーズナブルな金額で…こんなに美味しい旬の食材料理が食べられるとの事ですから。是非、一度行ってみるといいと思いますよ(^^) I was here for the first time tonight.
