It contains important materials that are rarely exhibited. Barrier-free toilets are installed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展示？ というレベル。行く必要無いです。ここの事務所勤め(3人おられました)は、世界でも類を見ない良い仕事だと思います。座るだけ。ちなみに無料です。(つまり100%税金)
Exhibition? That level. There is no need to go. I think that working here (three people) is a good job like no other in the world. Just sit down. By the way, it is free. (I.e. 100% tax)

ここ、岐阜県歴史資料館は観光施設ではありません。いきなり立ち寄っても何も見るものはありません。行くだけ無駄です。
土日祝日は閉館しています。
It is often mistaken for the Gifu City Museum of History.
Gifu Prefectural Museum of History is not a tourist facility here. There is nothing to see when you stop by suddenly. It's no use going.
It is closed on weekends and holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岐阜公園内にある市立の歴史博物館とよく間違えられるようですが、ここは大学の先生や学生さん、県内外の歴史関係の施設の方々を対象とする古文書館とのこと。訪問した日にも、初老の大学の先生らしき人が小部屋（閲覧室？）に入って行きました！、、なのでちょっと敷居が高い・・かな！？
It seems that it is often mistaken for a municipal history museum in Gifu Park, but this is an ancient archive for university teachers, students, and people in historical facilities inside and outside the prefecture. On the day I visited, a person who seemed to be an elderly university teacher went into a small room (reading room?)! So, the threshold is a little high ... I wonder! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口のロビーに少しの展示があります。織田信長の【天下布武】の御朱印の押された書状を見ることができます！織田信長を肌で感じる事が出来る貴重なスポットです！入館無料です。ただ、基本的に岐阜の貴重な資料の閲覧のための施設なのでそれ以外には見所はないかと。資料は事前に予約をすれば閲覧できるようです。
There are a few exhibits in the lobby of the entrance. You can see the stamped letter of Oda Nobunaga's [Tenku Bunbu]! It is a valuable spot where you can feel Oda Nobunaga on the skin! Admission is free. However, it is basically a facility for browsing valuable materials in Gifu and there may be other interesting places. It seems that you can browse the materials if you make a reservation in advance.
