★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compact and focused on the theme - fishing ayu with cormorants. There was bicycle park at no charge, a rent a cycle port and car park at a cost. Having some English explanation made it friendlier for me. View overlooking Nagara River is breathtaking. Definitely worth a visit.
