高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ またまた仕事で秋田市入り。何食べようか食べログでも見ようと駐車場にはいいたところが「秋田まるごと市場」　正面に「ゆで太郎」さんの看板があり、探すのも面倒なのでそのままＩＮしちゃいました(笑) かなりメニューが豊富で、食券販売機方式。しかも、お昼時分なので結構並んでいて焦って、まずは定番商品！と思い選んだのが「日替わりセット」オーダーから配膳まで約５分程と、さすが確立されてるチェーン店の強み(^^)　しかし、セットの丼に海老天が２匹(;'∀')　普通は喜ぶんでしょうが、海老苦手なんですよね(-_-;) セットの丼は、天ぷらのタレが結構甘め。もう少し甘め控えめの方が好みですが、普通に食べられる美味しさ。天ぷらも、旬のタラの芽を使っていて、季節を味わえたのは嬉しい誤算でした(^^)v　海老天は、好みでないのでコメントは控えさせていただきます(笑) 蕎麦は、かなりの細麺でコシも弱め。いわゆる藪そばですね。秋田県南の西馬音内そばを好む私にはコシが若干物足りないですが、良くある一般のお蕎麦なのでこれはこれで美味しいですよ(#^^#) Entered Akita City again for work.
