たまにネットに出てくる店なので、どんなもんかな？と入店しました。
安価な割にちゃんとしたソバが出てきて良い意味で少し驚きました。
やはり東京の方はソバが好きなのでしょうね。高レベルでした。出汁も飲めないほど濃くも無く、関西人手不足でも妥協できるレベルです。
 I came from Kansai for work and visited for breakfast.
It's a shop that appears on the internet once in a while, so what kind of thing is it? I entered the store.
I was a little surprised in a good way that a proper buckwheat came out for the cheap price.
I think people in Tokyo like buckwheat. It was a high level. The soup stock is not too thick to drink, and it is a level that can be compromised even if there is a shortage of labor in the Kansai region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関西の立ち食い蕎麦と比べると、出汁味ではなく醤油ベースのつゆなので、好みではなかった。それを考慮すれば、食べやすくリーズナブルなので朝ごはんにはぼちぼちいいかも。
Compared to the standing soba noodles in Kansai, I didn't like it because it was a soy sauce-based soup rather than a soup stock. Considering that, it's easy to eat and reasonably priced, so it may be a little sloppy for breakfast.
