サイドメニューは少ないがそれぞれ拘りの材料が厳選されている❗
僕はいつ も常温の酒にサイドメニュー(板わさ、月見、けんちん汁等)を一品に合盛りの小を頂いています。

There are few side menus, but the ingredients are carefully selected for each ❗
I always get a small serving of sake at room temperature with a side menu (Itawasa, Tsukimi, Kenchin-jiru, etc.).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたお店、2階にあり敷居が少し高かったのですが、キレイな店内と愛想の良い店員さんで安心です。
メニューはそば、うどんの他はそばがきや板わさなど限られたメニューしかなく、蕎麦で勝負しているお店という感じです。
お蕎麦はコシのある太めで、食べごたえがあります。ツユは東京でよくある真っ黒な濃いツユではなく、茶色の薄めのツユです。
The store I've always been interested in was on the 2nd floor and the threshold was a little high, but I'm relieved by the beautiful interior and the friendly staff.
Other than soba and udon, there are only limited menus such as soba and itawasa, and it feels like a shop that competes with soba.
Soba is thick and chewy, and has a good taste. Tuyu is a light brown tuyu, not the dark black tuyu that is common in Tokyo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寒い中ランチで利用。温かいおしぼりと抹茶入り緑茶が嬉しかったです。温かいけんちん蕎麦を注文。根菜が良く煮えていて出汁はしっかりした味付けでちょっとだけ塩っぱく感じましたが蕎麦に絡むようにと理解し美味しくいただきました。他の方の口コミで量が多いというのを見ていたので小盛りにして私にはちょうど良い量でした。
次はざる蕎麦かつけ蕎麦にしようと思います。
Used for lunch in the cold. I was happy with the warm towels and green tea with matcha. I ordered warm soba noodles. The root vegetables were boiled well and the soup stock was well seasoned and felt a little salty, but I understood that it was entwined with soba and it was delicious. I saw that the amount was large in the reviews of other people, so I made it a small amount and it was just the right amount for me.
Next, I'm going to make Zaru Soba or Tsuke Soba.

まだ一組しかおらずすぐ席に着けました。
合盛り(大盛り)を注文したら、
「結構量がありますけど大丈夫ですか？」
と親切に聞いてくださり、少し恥ずかしかったです(汗)。
太めでコシのある田舎風の蕎麦と細くて縮れ麺のうどんは食べごたえがありましたが、ペロリでした。
また食べに来たいです。

野菜たっぷりで美味しかったです。
ヘルシーだから大盛りでも良かったかな(笑)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦もうどんもツルツルとおいしいです。けんちんうどんもいい味でした。
このエリアのお蕎麦は濃い目のツユにちょっと付けてズビズビと勝手に想像していたのですが、全く違う品のいい薄めの色のツユでした。
地元の常連には愛されているようで、いつもの、なんてオーダーも通っていました。
うどんは水沢に近いのかな、讃岐や武蔵野とは異なる、瑞々しく口当たりのなめらかなものでした。
Soba noodles are also smooth and delicious. Kenchin udon also tasted good.
I had imagined that the soba in this area was a little attached to a dark tsuyu, but it was a completely different product with a nice light color.
It seems to be loved by local regulars, and I was always ordering.
I wonder if udon is close to Mizusawa, and unlike Sanuki and Musashino, it was fresh and smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手打ちそばが自慢の品ですが、うどんも美味しい。けんちん汁も美味しい！そばつゆも拘っているかと。頼んだのは、そばとうどんの合盛り（大盛り）女将さんの接客がとても心地よい。こちらをよく見てくれてます。そば湯を出すタイミングなど、何も言わずに出てきました。
きれいなお店で、2階にあるので今まではお店に入りづらかったのですが、なんのなんの、女将さんは人懐っこい感じです。また利用させてもらいます。
We are proud of our handmade soba, but udon is also delicious. Kenchin-jiru is also delicious! I wonder if soba soup is also particular. I asked for the soba and udon noodles (large), and the customer service was very comfortable. You look closely at this. It came out without saying anything about the timing of serving soba hot water.
It's a beautiful shop, and it's on the 2nd floor, so it was difficult to enter the shop until now, but the landlady feels friendly. I will use it again.
