A	Angel Bear (ベア) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Youtubeの広告を見て、上司への報告に悩んでいたため、藁にもすがる思いで体験申し込みをしました。体験では勧誘というより提案という形で話が進み、私の場合は悩む時間ももらえました◎新社会人ということもあり、金額と内容の比重で悩み、分割で払えるとのことだったので自分のスキルアップになるのならと入会しました。実際に受けてみて動画講義だけでなくアウトプットする場も講義に組み込まれていたりしたのでスキルの身につくスピードが速かったように感じます。私としてはコース受講をして良かったと思います。社会人の常識を学ぶ場が中々ないので、職場での人間関係に悩んでいる方には特にお勧めだと思います。 When I saw the advertisement on Youtube, I was worried about reporting to my boss, so I applied for the experience with the thought of clinging to the straw. ひ	ひとみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しい職場で上手くいかず、お前はコミュニケーションが下手すぎると毎日怒られている時にコミュトレが目に留まりました。こういったセミナー自体が初めてだったので、本当に効果があるのか、そもそも最後までやり切れるのか、とても不安でした。職場の休みが不安定なこと、最後までセミナーの受講ができるのか自分を信用できないことを正直にお伝えしたところ、個別にフォローしてくださり、ゴールにたどり着くにはどのルートで動くか一緒に悩んでくださいました。ユニットトレーニングで初対面の方とネットで交流する事も、私の中では大きな出来事で、「一人ではない」という事が実感できて、モチベーションの継続にもつながりました。おかげで無事にコースが終了でき、受講前に比べると気持ちに少し余裕もできて、メモの取り方、指示の聞き方などを意識するようになりました。受講した内容を、自分の職場に合わせて落とし込めるように、これからも試行錯誤しながら自分の力にしていきたいです。短い間でしたが、本当にありがとうございました。 It didn't work out in my new workplace, and when you were angry every day that you were too poor at communicating, you noticed the commutre. 松	松田丈広 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は2012年にコミュトレに通っていたので、かれこれ10年前の経験談となります。その当時、私は中小のIT企業に勤務しており、並ぐらいの年収でした。ですが当時付き合っていた彼女にフラれ、祖母は亡くなり、更には仕事で会社に大損失をさせてしまうなど踏んだり蹴ったりの状況でした。何かを変えなければと決意し、申し込んだのがコミュトレでした。「人は人との出会いによってのみ人間性は磨かれる」という言葉の通り幸いにも様々な人との出会いがあり、それによって単純にコミュニケーションスキルが向上しただけではなく、自分のチャレンジ精神を育むきっかけにもなりました。また、コミュトレで妻となる方との出会いもあり、現在でも楽しい結婚生活を続けています。コミュトレを卒業してからその後3度の転職を経て、私は現在外資系ITコンサル会社で管理職として勤務しています。通っていた2012年当時と比較して現在は年収が3倍くらいになることが出来ました。まだ道半ばとはいえ、10年でここまで成果を出せた事にコミュトレが要因の一つになっている事は間違いないと考えています。 …と書くとまるで誇大広告のように嘘くさく感じますが、これが事実だからしょうがないです。もちろん、ここまでの事例は自身でも稀だと考えていますが、もしご自身を変えるきっかけが欲しいという方であればチャレンジしてみても良いと思います。ですが重要なのは、自分にコミュトレが何かを与えてくれると考えるのではなく、コミュトレで自分が何を得たいのかを常に模索して努力を続けることだと考えています。 I attended Commutre in 2012, so it's about 10 years ago.
