★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蒜山に行く度に気になっていたお店。お昼時に通るといつもすごいお待ちの数。なので諦めていたのですが、今日は14時過ぎていたのでそこそこで入れるだろうとふんで訪問。
まず受付は入り口にあるタブレットで。これがなかなか便利。今何番が呼ばれているかもわかるし、電話番号セットすれば近くなるとわかるようなシステム。なので、ずっとここで待つ必要はありません。ここのお店から車ですぐのところにめっちゃ美味しいチーズ屋さんがあるので、待ち時間を利用して買いに行くのもいいかと(^^)
蒜山焼きそばも唐揚げも美味しいです。蒜山のB級グルメって感じ。お店の人の感じもとてもよくて来てよかったなと思えるお店でした。

唐揚げはジューシさがあるが、それ故好みが分かれる可能性も。脂分が苦手な人は1個程度で充分かと思われる。

焼そばは麺がモチモチでおいしかったですが大盛だと飽きてしまいました。
次は普通盛りと唐揚げを4っがいいかな

鶏の唐揚げがあんなに大きいとは。

蒜山焼きそばの大があんなに多いとは。
唐揚げはカリカリで醤油ベースで生姜の味も効いていてちょっと濃いめな味でビールがあったら最高。
蒜山焼きそばはソースが飽きのこないくらいに濃くない味付けでいくらでも食べれそう。
だけど、ここまで量が多いとは…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日なのもあり混雑を予想、オープン前の到着を目指し前日に雪が降った大山蒜山へ構うもんかと強行。
10時40分に到着、すぐに発券機で順番待ちして５番目でした。
QRコードを読み取ると順番を知らせてくれるので車で来た人達は車の中で待つこともできます。
オープンと同時になんとかカウンター席へ座れました。
とりの唐揚げ定食５切と蒜山焼きそば大を注文、今回は奥さんのメルマガ登録でジャージーヨーグルトをお願いしました。
少し待ちましたが、まず唐揚げ定食が出てきて店員さんからお好みで一味唐辛子をどうぞと一言添えて焼きそばがきました。
ここの唐揚げは衣は柔らかいけどサクッと中身はジューシーで旨味がジュワッと
やっぱり美味いです。
焼きそばは太麺でみそダレ、具は鶏肉とキャベツと玉ねぎ。
好み的にもう少し水分というかタレ感が欲しいとこですが味が薄い訳ではないのでこれが蒜山焼きそばだと、そしてこれも美味いです。
少し多いかなと思っていましたがキレイにたいらげてご馳走さまでしたと外へ
お腹いっぱいで満足してるのにいい匂いがするなと思う外は沢山の方が順番待ちしてました。
トイレにおおっ！と思うものがありました。
