店内は10席くらいでした。
大分の日田焼きそばで、
美味しくボリュームもありました。
店の裏に2台分くらい駐車場あります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やきそばがホントに美味しい。焼きそばとかた焼きそばを合わせたような食感に「焼き」であるからこその香ばしい香り。まだ仕事があるのに、ビールを頼もうか真剣に悩みました。仕事帰りに、焼きそばと餃子とビールとか最高でしょうね。。店主さんも元気よく気遣っていただけるので安心感がありました。時間をずらしても混んでいたので、また時間をずらして行きたいと思っています。

パリパリポリポリの焼きそばで美味い。

戸塚東口から徒歩約15分程、高田町の坂を登り舞岡熊之堂交差点手前の右側から3番目のお店です。奥の駐車場に2台分の駐車場が有ります。
お店はテーブル4人席。二人組ミニカウンター席。カウンターが3席の小さなお店です。食券販売機もミニです。
両面焼きそば大を購入。店主に渡してカウンター席奥に座りました。お冷のコップは食券販売機の横に有りますので、セルフで持って来て下さい。お冷は、ポットに入ってます。そして、料理が出来るまで待つ事10分。やって来ました。
両面焼きそば大です。思った以上に大きかったです。確り焼かれています。具材も確り焼かれて、美味しそうです。紅生姜、青海苔、黒七味唐辛子トッピング。
麺も焦げ目が有り、少しだけ焦げていますが、コリコリして心地よい食感が味わえました。紅生姜がアクセントに成り味変しながらゆっくりと頂きました。もやし、葱そして豚肉が味を引き立てます。
大盛で700gとの事です。確りと食べ応えが有ります。個人的には、特盛り、メガ盛り、ギガ盛り1kg超えが有るとチャレンジ致します。是非宜しくお願い致します。

Purchased double-sided yakisoba size. I handed it over to the shop owner and sat in the back of the counter seat. The cold cup is next to the vending machine, so please bring it by yourself. The cold is in the pot. And wait 10 minutes until you can cook. I came.
It is the size of double-sided yakisoba. It was bigger than I expected. It is definitely baked. The ingredients are also baked and look delicious. Red pickled ginger, green laver, black shichimi pepper topping.
The noodles are also browned and slightly burnt, but they are crunchy and have a pleasant texture. I had it slowly while changing the taste with red pickled ginger as an accent. Bean sprouts, green onions and pork enhance the taste.

口コミの通りパリパリした食感が癖になる美味しい焼きそばでした！
ご主人も一生懸命でとても好感がもてます。
盛りは多いです笑サイズ感として一般的な並盛は(小)です。
お店のポリシーに反するかもしれませんが、追いソースと胡椒系のスパイスがあればより美味しくいただけるという事であえて星3つにさせていただきました。
駐車場はないと書かれてる記事もありますが2台分あります。
