h	hideki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 両面焼きそばのお店。本店は高島平にあるがこちらはロードサイドにある。店の横に3～4台止めることができる駐車場あり。基本的に居酒屋を兼ねている感じではあるがあくまでメインは焼きそば。焼きそばと言っても通常の焼きそばとは異なる。麺を炒める際に両面を麺が水分が無くなるぐらいにカリカリに炒めてからほぐし、具材とまぜる。この作り方こそが「あぺたいと」のオリジナル。おもしろいのは食感で、麺がパリパリな部分と柔らかい部分が口の中で噛む度に混ざって美味。麺は柔らかい部分の方が少ないぐらいでカタ焼きそばみたいな感じ。とにかく普通の焼きそばの概念が変わるぐらい美味しい。店内にある自販機は店内で飲めるのでソフトドリンクは格安。目玉焼きなどのトッピングも豊富なので自分の好きな組み合わせで楽しめる。お勧め。 A double-sided yakisoba shop. The noodles have a softer portion and feel like kata yakisoba. Anyway, it is delicious enough to change the concept of ordinary fried noodles. Soft drinks are cheap because vending machines in the store can be drunk in the store. There are plenty of toppings such as fried eggs so you can enjoy them in any combination you like. Recommended.
