★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 健康診断で利用しましたが、こんなにストレスフリーなクリニックは初めてでした。予定していた検査は待ち時間がほとんどなくスムーズでした。患者目線で細やかに考えられた工夫があちこちにあり、大切にもてなしてもらっている感じがして、クリニックというよりはホテルのサービスを受けているようでした。先生も親しみやすく、結果の説明もわかりやすかったです。ちょっと数値が高いところもあったのですが、これ位なら様子を見ていいこと、心配ならこんな検査を受ければより詳しく分かると説明を受け、安心できました。健康診断だけでなく他のことでもかかりたいと思いました。

I wanted to take not only a health checkup but also other things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧に診察していただけますし、わからないことや不安なことも、優しくわかりやすく説明してくれます。
定期的に採血が必要な病気なのですか、取りづらいらしく他の病院で失敗されることも多いのですが、痛みもなく上手に採血してくれます。
先生、看護師さん、病院スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリーでいつも親切に対応してくれますし、駅からもすぐですし、いい病院だと思います。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/1 花粉症で御茶ノ水ユアクリニックを受診。
コロナ禍で頻回の受診ができないため、できれば3ヶ月分の処方を依頼したが、当院は1ヶ月までしか処方しない方針とのことでした。
下記薬剤は全て投薬制限解除後の品目であり、過量投与が問題になる薬剤でもなく、レセプト請求時にコメント付記すれば保険請求時に切られることもないとの認識です。
■処方内容
・ビラノア20mg×30T
・ナゾネックス56噴霧×2本
・アレジオン点眼液5mg×1本
アレジオン点眼は1日4回、両目に点眼（1日8滴）と処方箋に記載されていたが、5mg1本（約100滴）では1ヶ月もたないため、4本に変更をお願いするも2本までとなった。
また、薬については薬局で聞くように言われ、かかりつけ薬局から電話で変更依頼してもらった。
融通が利かないと感じましたが、遠隔診療でもう一度受診すれば長期で出してもらえるのでしょうか？

It is recognized that all of the following drugs are items after the medication restriction has been lifted, overdose is not a problem, and if you add a comment when claiming a receipt, it will not be cut off when claiming insurance.

・ Vilanoa 20mg × 30T
・ Nazonex 56 spray x 2
・ Alesion ophthalmic solution 5mg x 1
The prescription stated that Alesion was instilled 4 times a day, and both eyes were instilled (8 drops a day). It became a book.
In addition, I was asked to ask about the drug at the pharmacy, and my family pharmacy called me to request a change.
I felt that it was inflexible, but will I be able to get it out for a long time if I go to the telemedicine again?

クリニック自体も清潔感があり、また診てもらいたいと思いました。
また、すぐ下に薬局があり処方箋が受け取りやすく、駅前でアクセス抜群なので、個人的に通院しやすい環境なのが有り難いです。

人間ドックの数値が気になり院長先生に診ていただいたのですが、大変丁寧に説明して下さり、患者の意向もきちんと受け入れてくださる先生でした。スピード診療で医師から指示を仰ぐだけの診療が多い昨今、それとは対照的な安心感を得られる診療でした。
帰り際、受付の方から待ち時間が延びてしまった旨、お詫びの言葉がありましたが、丁寧な診察をして頂いたので納得できる待ち時間でした。今後もお世話になっていこうと思える信頼できる先生でした。

案内もスムーズで検査自体は15分もかからず助かりました。
その日の看護師が上手だったのか採血の注射が痛くなくビックリしました✨
献血に月1回通っており、注射をされ慣れていましたが痛みの無さに感心しました。
良いクリニックだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 動悸と胸の痛みや背中の痛みが気になり、職場の近くで循環器内科を探し、初めて受診しました。初診ですがWEBで事前に予約ができ、夕方の時間帯でもスムーズに検査までして下さいました。
検査結果を聞くのも最短で3日後を案内して下さったので、心配が減りました。
そして色々と心配していたら膀胱にも違和感が出てしまい、尿検査までしてもらえました。
院長はとにかく話しやすく、感じの良い先生だったのでまた気になった時は通おうと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診で受診しました。地元には循環器科クリニックがなく、症状が続いて不安で気弱な中、予約しました。幸い当日受診でき、受付、検査担当の方に丁寧な対応をしてくだはり安心しました。先生も気さくな方で、良く話を聞いてくださり、当日に心エコーまでしてくださり、丁寧に説明してくださいました。エコーも丁寧かつ早く、端子が当たる痛みもなかったです。落ち着いた雰囲気で、安心して受診できます。私のように、地元に循環器科クリニックが少なく、どこを受診してよいか悩んでいる方の一助になればと思い投稿します。
