★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 価格もHPに書いてあって明瞭だし、他の病院と違って営業が全くない。
他のAGAの病院とは違って売上ノルマとか歩合が無いから、患者さんが喜ぶことにコミット出来るみたいですね。
カウンセリングでは自分がどうなりたいかしっかり聞いてくれ、一人ひとりに合った治療方法について相談に乗ってくれるところが良かったです。
デュタステリドとミノキシジルクリームになりました。

髪のボリュームが増え、日々安心して過ごせています。
こちらにお世話になる前に、他のクリニックに相談に伺ったのですが、車が買える金額のローンを無理やり組まされそうになり怖かったのですが、こちらはそんな営業はなく、自分に必要で無理なく続けられる治療を提案してくれました。
私は飲み薬だけですが、こんなに効果がでて安心するならもっと早く治療開始すればよかったと思っています。
また、こちらのスタッフさん逹は皆親切に対応してくれますのでそこも安心です。
これからもよろしくお願いいたします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧な接客は良いがその分全くもって融通がきかない。早く着いてもダメ、少しの遅れもダメ。正直丁寧な接客されてもその部分が直らないと通いたくなくなる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約を取って時間になり受話器ボタンをおしたが応答せずそのまま待っても繋がらず電話がかかってきたのででても声が聞こえないしまた受話器ボタンを押して待ってたら予約キャンセルされる始末、電話してもキャンセル扱いされ、融通が聞かない、ほかのクリニックに変更しようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主人の付き添いで行ったのですがもちろん診察室には入れないと承知してました。
しかし入口の椅子は誰も座っていなかったので主人が「妻はここで待ってもいいか」と聞いたところダメと言われマニュアル通りで融通が利かないと感じました。
このビルは待てるようなスペースがなかったので困りましたが仕方なく雨のなか外で時間を潰しました。
混み合っていたならまだしもガラガラだったのでもし少し臨機応変な対応していただけたらよかったと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日頃の気になる症状を話し相談しましたがagaかどうかはわからないと言われた。
自分としてはそこをちゃんと知りたかった。
もしagaを発症しているなら、自分は薬によって改善可能なものか質問したところ、年齢的にも十分改善可能ですと言われて薬を飲むことを決めたのですが
のちのカウンセリングでは、ちょっと難しいかもしれませんと言われ、その次のカウンセリングでは改善はできると思うので続けましょうと、意見が二転三転し
訳も分からず薬を飲み続けると言う感じになり
結局1年続けましたが何も変わりませんでした。
医師の方に相談しても同じく、続けていきましょうと一言言われるだけで、すぐ裏に戻ってしまい
結局、日頃の症状はagaによるものなのか？薬を飲む必要があるのか？それがどうかもわからないまま薬を飲み続けるのが厳しくなり通うのをやめました。
agaは人によって症状や進行度も様々なので判断が難しいとは思いますが
発症しているかどうかもわからないのに薬を出すというのは疑問に思いました。
自分としては最初の診断で、スコープなどで毛穴を撮影したり、色々な検査をしてもらい状態を把握してちゃんと原因を調べてもらえると思っていたのですが
生え際とつむじの写真を撮られただけで、薬を飲んでしばらくしたら写真を見比べてみましょうというだけで
これならここで毎月2万円も払う必要は無いなと思ったのが正直な感想です。

今年初めに、一度最悪な医師の診断がありました。
私は、今のままの薬でいいか？
また、むくみが気になることを医師に伝えると
「年齢タメなんすよ」「どう？4mmのがいい？」とカウンセラーの女性に聞いていて、カウンセラーの方が最終的に薬は現状維持の決定をしました。
「むくみも、僕昨日お酒飲んでるんで、僕のがむくんでると思うんで大丈夫ですよ」
と言った回答で、本気で不快でした。
どの医師も数分の診察で、大したことは言わない感じがしますが、今年の初めに担当した医師は回答も態度も最低品質でした。

立派なオフィスビルの中に入っているので、人目が気にならなくて助かります。
また、他の方も書いていますが毎回出会うスタッフがいつもとても丁寧で感じがいいです。
よくある医療ローンとか、長期の契約とかはなく、料金はHPに書いてある通りでした。
まだ通い始めて4か月ほどですが、思っていたより効果が出始めているのでおそらく治療続けていくと思います。
