★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宮城県内の他のトヨレンで借りた車を、当初は石巻駅前のトヨレンに返却したかったのですが、運営者の違いなのか不可能だった為、仕方なくこちらの店舗に返却しました。
朝一で返却し、いざ石巻駅に送って欲しい旨を伝えると、現在スタッフが一名しかおらず、送迎が出来ないという事でした。事前に送迎の希望も伝えてなかった私にも落ち度があるかも知れませんが、正直ザンネンでした。今まで日本全国のトヨレンを仕事・プライベートでたくさん利用してきましたが、送迎を断られたのは初めてでしたから。
他のトヨレンで、送迎を事前予約した事はなかったです。またトヨレンのHP上でも、こちらの店舗は送迎可になってました。そのため、私も特に事前に確認せずに返却してしまいました。それがいけなかったのでしょうか。本来は事前確認すべきだったでしょうか。
今後、駅等から離れた店舗を使う際は注意したいと思います。
付け加えておくと、店舗のスタッフの方の対応は丁寧なものでしたので、それには不満はありません。不満なのは下記です。
・HP情報では送迎が可能となっているのに、実際には常に十分なスタッフがいるわけではなく、送迎が不可能なケースがある
At first, I wanted to return a car rented by another Toyoren in Miyagi Prefecture to Toyoren in front of Ishinomaki Station, but I couldn't help returning it to this store because it was impossible because of the difference of operators.
When I returned in the morning and told me that I wanted to send it to Ishinomaki Station, there was only one staff member at the moment and I couldn't pick you up. I may not have told me the hope of pick-up in advance, but I was honest. Until now, I have used Toyoren all over Japan for work and private use, but this was the first time I was refused pick-up.
In other Toyoren, I never booked the transfer in advance. Also, on Toyoren's website, this store was available for pick-up. As a result, I also returned them without prior confirmation. Did it go wrong? Should we have to check in advance?
In the future, I would like to be careful when using stores away from stations.
In addition, the staff at the store was very attentive, so I was not dissatisfied with it. The following are dissatisfied:
-Although the transfer is possible with HP information, actually there is not always enough staff, and there are cases where transfer is not possible
