★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何とは言わないが何故か鮭が非常に冷たい状態で出てきた。豚汁も同じく。さすが伊達の変態殿様商売仙台様チェーン店でもこれかだと思った。
I don't say anything, but for some reason the salmon came out in a very cold state. Same with pork soup. As expected, I thought this was the case at the Sendai-sama chain store, which is a metamorphosis-sama business of Date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年2/20の朝に深夜バスで仙台に到着しお腹が空いてたのでこの店に入ると客は4人ほどでさほど混んでないのですが従業員が一人でした。この人が全く余裕がなくなってる状態で呼吸も荒く今にも泣き叫んで「もう僕には無理です!辞めます！」と店から逃げ出しそうな異様な雰囲気でした。たまにこういう人いますがサービス業では失格です。怖いので店頭に立たせてはいけません。この人にこれ以上プレッシャーをかけると発狂してしまうかもと思いシンプルに並だけ頼んで速攻で食べて店を出ました。二度とこの店舗には行きません。
I arrived in Sendai by night bus on the morning of February 20, 2022 and was hungry, so when I entered this shop, there were about 4 customers and it was not so crowded, but there was only one employee. It was a strange atmosphere that this person seemed to run away from the store, saying, "I can't do it anymore! I'll quit!" Occasionally there are people like this, but they are disqualified in the service industry. Don't let it stand in the store because it's scary. I thought that if I put more pressure on this person, I might go crazy, so I simply asked for it and ate it with haste and left the store. I will never go to this store again.
