★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staffs with no smile on her face. In addition to tht, the restaurant does not accept 1 yen coins. Isn't 1 yen a form of money as well? The food is so so as well. Regrettably visited this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ate definitely better than the one in times square. But if you want good Japanese food don't go to a chain. It's ho-hummm and got the money go someplace for a decent meal... the combini (family mart, lawsons, and 7-11 have better food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anything with beef or unagi (river eel) is very delicious. No need to get bigger sizes if you want to try more flavors. I'm happy with their business hours, food quality and quantity, and quick service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect breakfast to eat here nearby my hotel. Well balanced breakfast. The price are affordable. For breakfast set i choose salmon set which they give salmon,miso soup and a bowl of rice. Cost for this meal 450 yen. Quite cheap i must say. Must come here again if i visit japan in near future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and bad attitude waitress, Matsuya is much better. You ordered food in English not by the machine so the waitress assumed it’s also the service? Not only the language is bad but tones, expression and body language seems like one with terrible upbringing and struggled family.
