I ordered pine and local fish nigiri. I also ordered a la carte. All are elaborate and delicious. I want to taste it again because it was served in a slightly different way of eating! T	T N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.10の緊急事態宣言解除後に伺いました。お酒が飲めてお寿司が頂けるまで半年待ちました。この地域では一番のお寿司屋さんとの評判でとても楽しみにしてました。緊急事態宣言解除後と言うこともあり予約のお客様でいっぱいでした。大将か一人でやられておりましたが、手際が良く気持ちの良いお仕事ぶりです。つまみのお刺身は、上品で美しい作りで出して頂けますが、私的にはダイナミックに大ぶりでこれぞ刺身って感じに食べたかったです。一品料理のもずく酢は、とてもきれいで、そしておいしくて来店時には頼みたくなる一品です。そして、お寿司は美味しいのは当たり前なのですが、塩辛が絶品です。お酒が進みます。握りについてはどれとおいしくて、ほかのお客様が注文する時に相乗りして注文したくなります。また伺いたいと思います。 I visited after the state of emergency was lifted on 2021.10. You can make the sashimi of the knob in an elegant and beautiful way, but I personally wanted to eat it as if it were sashimi because it was dynamically large. Mozuku vinegar, a single dish, is very beautiful and delicious, and you will want to ask for it when you come to the store. And although it is natural that sushi is delicious, salted fish is excellent. Alcohol goes on. The grip is delicious, and when other customers place an order, they want to share the order. An English menu is available. I was told the Sake is really good too. I went for the set menu and the sushi had such great flavor. The restaurant was clean and it's atmosphere is traditional. Oishi!
