t	takahiro kobayashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 再訪問しました。今回は気になっていた豚ステーキ定食を注文しました。結論から言うとモチモチ、ブリンブリンの豚肉を食べるなら丼をオススメします。定食の方は熱々の鉄板に玉ねぎを挟んで豚肉が盛られています。ですので、ワンクッションあるとはいえ豚肉に熱が伝わり、最後の方は少し残念なことになってました。前回、13時過ぎに伺ったときは既に完売と書いてあり諦めましたが、今回はオープンして直ぐに伺いました。しかし既に2組のお客さんが居ました。人気店なんですね。その後も続々と席が埋まり、あっという間に満席に(^^; メニューは気になっていた豚ステーキ丼を注文しました。ステーキ+1枚500円と書いてあり、ステーキの増々が出来ます。定食、丼、オムライスはご飯大盛りとスープお代わり無料はとてもありがたいサービスです。肝心の料理の味は、今まで食べてきた豚ステーキは何だったのか？と言うくらい美味しかったです。ビックリしたのが柔らかくも噛み応えのあるお肉です。モチモチと言う表現が正しいのか分かりませんが自分的にはブリンブリンしてる感じです。噛み応えもあるので肉の旨味もありますし、脂身の旨味もありました。低温調理がなせる業でしょうか？スープも美味しかったですが味噌汁が飲みたかったです(笑) 回りの皆さんは豚ステーキ定食を頼まれていて、熱々の鉄板のジュー！！という音があちこちから鳴ってました。今度は豚ステーキ定食を食べてみたいですね。 I visited again. し	しぃ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雨の降る平日の開店直後に行きました。席は三分の一くらい埋まってました。豚丼を食べるつもりで行ったのですが、メニューの写真が半焼きレアで生肉感が不安になって、自分の前の人が頼んでたオムライス（明太子マヨネーズソース）を注文しました。中のご飯が非常に柔らかく、ご飯と卵の間に塗られた明太子が少し生臭く感じ、想像とは違っていました。ソースが4種類から選べるので、他のにすれば違う評価だったかもしれません。ただ、小さなサラダとお汁とオムライスで、豚丼やチキン南蛮と同じ値段は、ちょっと高いなぁという印象です。食べてる最中に、豚肉についての説明のポスターや、小さな黒板に「赤くても大丈夫なお肉です」って書いてあるのに気付きました。今回は残念でしたが、皆さんのコメントだととても美味しそうなので、次は豚肉に挑戦したいです。店員さんやお店の雰囲気は、とても素敵で居心地は良かったです。駐車場もお店の前と、横の駐車場にたくさん有りました。 I went there right after the store opened on a rainy weekday.
