★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦屋のカツ丼を食べたくて、お昼に『市野 吉田屋』店の前に割烹着を着た店主らしき方が座っていて、「いらっしゃいませ」と声を掛けてくれる。と同時に穴子が美味しいからと勧めてくれた。
目的は、カツ丼だ❗️ネットで検索すると写メが、出ているのに無い、無いじゃないかぁ〜まぁ〜仕方ない?
店の前で勧めてもらった、あなご重と蕎麦のセットにした。
食前に梅のジュースが、来て珍しい、意外にもサッパリして美味しい〜活き穴子天ぷら重にレモン?が添えてあり、ふわっとした食感の穴子の天ぷらにさっとレモンを掛けて食べた。
丼タレは、サラッとした甘さを抑えた醤油ベース、ちょっと薄味だった。
蕎麦は、美味しく食べ終わる頃、蕎麦湯が出てくるのは良かった。

I made a set of conger eel and soba that was recommended in front of the store.
Plum juice is rare to come before meals, and it's surprisingly refreshing and delicious ~ Live conger eel tempura with lemon ? on top, and fluffy conger eel tempura sprinkled with lemon.
The bowl sauce was a soy sauce base with a lighter sweetness and a slightly lighter taste.
It was good that the soba hot water came out when the soba was delicious.

おじいちゃんがお外で待ったてくれるときがあります。
温かい蕎麦は少し濃いめかな…
天丼はとてもおいしく頂けました。

店内も綺麗で、店員さんは挨拶の掛け声も元気で好感が持てます。
今回は、天丼セットの冷たい蕎麦バージョンを注文。
奥さんは店舗オススメの海老おろし蕎麦。
蕎麦つゆがやや濃い目にしてあったので、蕎麦につける量を気をつけて頂きました。
最後蕎麦湯で美味しく締めました。
