This is a picturesque little waterfall. I visited on a sunny day in February. The lower carpark was almost empty, so I was able to enjoy a semi steep treck through the woods to the waterfall without the normal tourist crowds. There are the usual souvenir shops and drinks machines, so no need for rucksacks. There is seating at the top. A nice place to enjoy a bit of nature.

This is quite an easy and short walk up (1.6 km from the parking area) if the weather's nice. Met a lot of seniors and families with young children. You'll definitely enjoy delicious water from the spring, Kikusui, one of the 100 famous springs.

It was such a nice walk. I loved how you could feel the water just sitting near it. It was really pretty to see all the nature on the way to the waterfall. It is peaceful and was very easy to get to from the yoro station.

Easy access by subway followed by a short walk to Yoro park. A easy hike (except a short steep walk) from park to waterfalls. Path is well maintained. The fall is a gorgeous and historical natural waterfall. A nice place to enjoy the nature and taking photos. I visited twice this year in late spring and autumn, few cool at waterfalls.

Not too touristy in terms of shops or paces to get special souvenirs along the way to the falls. The restaurant selection is typical of most Japanese sites with soba or curry on offer. While the area is nice for a walk it’s way off the beaten path for inbound foreign tourists and the Japanese that do come here have to come by car.

Though not too big in size , the waterfall is surrounded by beautiful greenery and the trails leading to it are light and easily managed by almost everyone. The road to the falls is peppered with historical shrines and a temple, and bamboo walking sticks are even available on loan, in a little contained, at the beginning of the trail.

This is a gorgeous and historically significant waterfall. The path to the falls is well maintained and is a pleasant walk. There are plenty of vending machines with cold drinks in the summer. You can make it from the train station to the falls and back in two hours at a moderate pace, including breaks to take photos and drink cold drinks. Very nice!

A stunning waterfall in Gifu ? during autumn. They have two different parking lots - one is free, the other is not. We parked in the lot with a charge of ¥1000 - it was a shorter hike to the falls. You hike down some stairs but it’s not long and fairly easy to accomplish. The waterfall itself is wonderfully picturesque and beautiful - highly recommend a visit❣️
