★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧に診て頂けるので、先生自体はとても良いのですが、、、駐車場が少ないのが難点。
コインパーキングを利用しなきゃならないので、駐車場を増やして貰えると有難いです。
 The teachers themselves are very good because you can see them carefully, but there are few parking spots.
I have to use coin parking, so I would appreciate it if you could increase the parking lot.

1時間で6人くらいしか進まなかったりするので、お時間にゆとりのある方にオススメ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すぐ隣で会計してる患者がいるのに、もう1人の受付の人に今日はどんな症状で来たのか聞かれた。会計してる別の患者がすぐ側にいたら、その人が帰った後に聞くなど配慮するべきではないか。自分の症状を知らない患者に聞かれて、その患者ももちろん内容は聞こえているのでこっちをジロジロ見てきたし、、凄い嫌な気分になった。受付の人たちは、流れ作業になってないか。もっと患者の気持ちを考えて受付けの対応をしてほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日焼け止めが購入したくて電話で問い合わせたら、何度か保留になったが取り寄せに対応してくださることになった。問診票を書く必要があるから15分くらいゆとりがある時に来院すること、現金のみの支払い等事前に指示を頂いてたのでそのように準備していった。言われていたことが受付スタッフに共有されていないようで、（取り寄せ等）そんなことはやっていない、登録に時間がかかるからもう一度来て欲しい等聞いていたことと違う対応、やれないなら取り寄せ対応を断ればよかったのでは？イレギュラーなことがある場合、スタッフに共有しておくのが最低限やることでは…？同じ受付業務をする者として疑問だらけでした。

それでも、もたついていると予約できない時があります。
その場合は、直接行ったら見てもらえるか、電話で状況を確認をしてから行くようにしています。一度、電話をせずに行ったら、患者さんがいっぱいで受付が終わってしまっていたので。。
でも息子も、よもぎ台皮膚科しか行きたがらず、そこまでしても先生に見ていただきたいのです。先生は、とても優しく信頼出来る先生だと思います。
