★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内視鏡の技術と先生の対応はとても良いのですが、受付が旧態然とした対応で、説明もなく長く待たされたり、質問をすると非常に面倒くさそうな対応をされます。
ネット予約ができたり受付の対応が非常に良い医院が増えているので、少し改善された方が良いかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受診して感じたのは、施設、案内方法等全てが古く、私のような子連れが行く所ではありませんでした。
とにかく時間がかかるのと、融通がききません。
大腸カメラの腕は良いのだと思いますが、カメラはキャンセル待ちが1年待ち、予約が2年待ちということで、すぐにやりたい方には厳しい状況でした。
予約ができず直接行って2時間待ち、診察では問診や触診などなく「検便の結果でカメラをするか決めましょう」「大腸カメラをしましょう」と、1分で終了。
子供がグズったので外出する際も、「順番が前後すると良くないので、すぐに帰ってきてください」と言われ、戻った後も1時間待ち…
時間予約が出来たらいいのと、大腸カメラの予約状況等の説明などをしっかりして頂きたかったです。

会計が待たされる事が多いのがストレスかな。改善してもらえれば100点です。
大腸ガン検診しか受けていませんが、周りにもオススメしています。

他の先生の内視鏡検査を経験した事はありませんが、とても楽でした。
初めての内視鏡・癌があるかもしれないという不安から、とても心配だったのですが、察して下さったのか、検査中も穏やかに声を掛けてく下さったり、取り除く事が難しい大きさ・場所のポリープでしたが、切除して下さり、無事に検査・手術を終える事ができました。
院長先生のお人柄・腕・知識どれをとっても100点満点です。
