今でも現役のようです。

阿寺渓谷、柿其渓谷を訪れた後、宿泊先に向かう途中に立ち寄りました。読書発電所への導水路で柿其川を渡る鉄筋コンクリート造りの水路橋で全長は１４２.４メートル。中央部は２連アーチ橋、両端部は桁橋となっており現存する戦前の水路橋の中では、最大級の規模だとか？
大正期の水路式発電所施設を代表 する近代化遺産として、次の施設が、国の重 要文化財(建造物)に一括して指定された様です。
雨の後は水量も多いのかも知れませんが今回は底にほんの少し流れる程度でした。

After visiting the Atera Valley and Kakizore Valley, I stopped by on the way to my accommodation. It is a reinforced concrete aqueduct that crosses the Kakizore River in the headrace to the Yomikaki power plant and has a total length of 142.4 meters. The central part is a double arch bridge, and both ends are girder bridges, which is one of the largest existing prewar aqueducts.
It seems that the following facilities have been collectively designated as national important cultural properties (buildings) as modern heritage representatives of waterway power plant facilities in the Taisho era.
There may be a lot of water after the rain, but this time it only flowed a little to the bottom.
