★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＴＸ沿線では珍しいエスニック料理店。北京老飯店と同じ店舗なので、初めは間違って入店したのか、と少なからずあせった?フォーはよくある平麺ではなく、丸麺でスープもかなり辛め。洗練されたベトナム料理というよりは家庭料理に近い。生春巻きも美味しかった。
An ethnic restaurant that is rare along the TX line. It's the same restaurant as the Beijing old restaurant, so I wondered if I entered the restaurant by mistake at first ? Pho is not the usual flat noodles, but the round noodles and the soup is quite spicy. It's more like home cooking than sophisticated Vietnamese food. The raw spring rolls were also delicious.
