a	aki ina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に来訪、以前は肉のはせがわだったがふじ屋に改名経営者は同じだそうです。店の外観も店内も一緒でメニューもほぼ変わらないようです。ハンバーグはビーフと合挽きの2種類有り、ビーフのビッグをツレとオーダー。自分はトッピングで目玉焼きとチーズでいただきます。共にライスとドリンバー付きでお願いします。スープとライスはお代わり自由で腹ペコ星人…。も大満足でしょう。ハンバーグは薄手のパテが3枚アツアツの鉄板に　乗せてジュージューと音をさせて配膳(火傷に注意)。甘めのオリジナルソースを掛けて焼けた鉄板にソースの焦げた香りが食欲をそそります。ハンバーグの肉も肉汁タップリで、はせがわ時代より数ランクアップしたようで大満足。トッピングのチーズと目玉焼きとの相性もバッチリ最高の組み合わせでオススメです。ただ残念なのは、スープの管理が出来てなくて空の容器だけで、頼まないと変えて貰え無いところとライスがジャーの中で乾いてパサパサな点ははせがわ時代と同じでした。 It's been a long time since I visited, and it used to be a meat dish, but it was renamed to Fujiya and the owner is the same.
