先生は、とても優しい方で日本の教室で教えるだけでは無く、チェルノブイリ原発事故で被曝された方々へのヨーガ療法を用いたボランティア活動をされておられたそうです。
ホットヨガなどのヨガで飽き足らない方や伝統的なヨガを体験したい方にお勧めします。

最近では、オンラインレッスンも有るそうですよ。
You can heal your mind and body with traditional yoga.
The teacher is a very kind person and not only teaches in Japanese classrooms, but also volunteers using yoga therapy for those exposed to the Chernobyl nuclear accident.
Recommended for those who are not satisfied with yoga such as hot yoga or who want to experience traditional yoga.
