★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま先生と美容と健康のお話しを共感し、体幹とインナーマッスルなどが気になっていたのでお伺いさせていただきました。運動不足と体幹が弱い為、キツかったですが何ともいえないほど清々しくなり、頭のモヤもスッキリとれました?しばらくは先生に鍛えてもらいにお伺いします♪
パーソナルならではの、わかりやすくコミットした内容なので、何人かでされるヨガに通われてる方にもオススメですよ✨
