It's a hideaway and cozy studio where you can see the sky from the window. There are various yoga classes and we recommend them. Corresponding to the new Corona is also properly done.

更衣室完備、ハーブティーのサービス、コロナ対策もしっかりされていてホスピタリティ溢れるスタジオでした。
インストラクターの方もとても接しやすく、また通いたいと思います。

自分は男ですが男性の会員さんもいらっしゃるので通いやすいです。
男性用更衣室もあるのが嬉しい。
There are yoga and non-yoga exercise classes (kick exercise, core training, Bollywood dance) and I enjoy a lot.
I'm a man, but there are also male members, so it's easy to go.
I'm glad that there is also a men's changing room.

週1のペースでゆる〜く続けているだけなのに、体がめちゃくちゃ柔軟に、ねじりのポーズも深くなってサイコーに嬉しいです！ 血管も柔らかくなっているに違いないと思いますw
