★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't quite step in for various reasons, but it was extremely bright and a good place to bring a group of pubescent girls with a penchant for ridiculously cute things. Enter for the experience. You might leave with a small purchase or two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is worth the trip for the experience, seeing Harujuku girls and seating in a themed restaurant. The food is small, expensive and is not good. There is a table charge of 500¥.
There are better places in Tokyo to enjoy the Harujuku culture like Takeshita street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The monster cafe is a nice experience, however it is very expensive for what it is and everyone has to pay a flat rate to get in in the first place of 500 yen. Good for being different aspects but also very loud inside. Portions of food are also quite small
