★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Animal abuse. How can it be allowed to restrain owls day and.night and keep them in such terrible.conditions??????. I felt sick and infuriated. Those cafes should be closed. Dont go.......terrible.and pure animal.abuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate the store being less busy than the other ones and I don't think the owls are as stressed due to less human traffic and noise in the cafe.
Reasonable price. The bigger birds do seem like they want to fly more.
Not sure about English-speaker friendly or not (I speak a little bit of Japanese).
