コロナ下で仕出しカニ釜飯弁当卵焼きお漬物セットをお客様がご持参くださり、大変美味しく感激でした。その本格的味わいは地元でお墨付き。会長もご子息現板長も京都で修行の腕前。

義母の誕生日祝いで利用しました 数年ぶりの『ふぐ料理』にワクワク♪ ふぐ刺も、ふぐ唐揚げも、ふぐ鍋も美味しく。初めてフグを食べた子供たちも美味しく食べられました! コースを人数より少なくし、単品で色々頼んでみんなで少しずつシェア。刺身盛り合わせも子供たちの希望を伝えたら入れてくださり、とても有り難かったです!海老唐揚げ、鶏唐揚げ、釜飯、全部美味しかったです(^^) また利用したいと思います(^^)

以前から気になっていた越谷駅に程近い割烹料理屋さんです。 ランチで牡蠣釜飯と鶏釜飯をいただきました。 釜飯というといろいろな具材が季節ごとに変わるのが楽しいのですが、実のところ基本的な味ってそんな変わらないって印象でした。でもここの釜飯は違います。 はっきりとベースの味が違う。 素晴らしいです。牡蠣釜飯は牡蠣のエキスにあふれ、鶏釜飯は鶏の旨味がしっかりと飯に染み込んでました。  これは秀逸です。 ただ残念なのが、飯を炊くときの水分がかなり多く、おじや状態になっていること。 当然釜飯のお焦げなんてできていない。  味の組み立ては店主指示に従うだろうから、見習いが炊いたのかな? 致命的だが非常に惜しい!  もう一度 食べてみて水分率高めがデフォルトなのか、調理ミスなのか確認したい。

When it comes to kamameshi, it's fun to change various ingredients depending on the season, but in fact, I was impressed that the basic taste didn't change that much. But the kamameshi here is different. The taste of the base is clearly different. Wonderful. The oyster kamameshi was full of oyster extract, and the chicken kamameshi was soaked in the umami of chicken. This is excellent. Unfortunately, there is a lot of water when cooking rice, and it is in an uncle. Of course, the kamameshi is not scorched. I wonder if the apprentice cooked it because the taste assembly will follow the shop owner's instructions. Deadly but very regrettable! I want to try it again and check if the default is to increase the water content or if it is a cooking mistake.

Situated a short walk from Koshigaya station, Wakamatsu is a small restaurant that can get very busy. The food is excellent and the service great. No English menu I'm afraid. There is a small car park in front of the restaurant. It's not cheap but is well worth making the effort to find. The steak served on a plate over hot stones and the maguro are fantastic.
