A	Akiko Murota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応は最悪です。なかなか久しぶりにこれほどひどい対応をみました。接遇研修はない企業なんでしょうね。その駅は、遠いから予約はやっていません。そのときお電話いただいても（予約なしで）いつ手配できるるか分かりません、最低でも20-30分、1時間くらい待ってもらうかもとのこと。（いや、それだったら歩いた方が早い苦笑）。上から目線ですごい言葉遣いでした。言い方がもっとあると思います。これで事業が成り立っている伊東という場所が大変残念に思いました。タクシーの印象はその土地の印象です。 Telephone correspondence is the worst.
