旅行の際に何度か利用しましたが、本当に皆さん感じの良い運転手さんでした。

ベビーカー利用との事で、予約者手配。
迎車で来た車両は、到着後に名前も確認しない。自ら、⚫⚫ですが、私の予約した車両でしょうか？と確認しないといけない始末。ベビーカーをいれようとしたら、運転手は運転席から動かずトランクのロックだけ外して待っている。もちろん運転も荒いし、到着後にベビーカーを取り出す手伝いもしない。外にも出てこない。もっと酷いのは、到着しても「ありがとうございました！」すら言わない。二度と利用したくない。

Arrangement for reservations due to the use of strollers.
Vehicles that come by pick-up will not confirm their names after arrival. I'm ⚫⚫ myself, but is it my reserved vehicle? I have to confirm that. When I tried to put the stroller in, the driver did not move from the driver's seat and just unlocked the trunk and waited. Of course, the driving is rough and I don't help to take out the stroller after arrival. It doesn't come out. What's worse is that they don't even say "Thank you!" When they arrive. I don't want to use it again.
