小さなお店ですが店の前のベンチで食べられます。

しかしながらここは工場だし、
たまたま直売対応しているだけです。
販売員さんも工場勤務の方だと思います。
接客どーのこーのではなく、
味とクオリティで勝負しているんだと思います。
でも無愛想で、少し悲しかったかな。
The gelato is delicious, and the customer service is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのアイスクリームケーキをネット注文してとても美味しかったので、伺いました（３回目の訪問です）。
カップかコーンをまず選びます。その後350円で２種類のジェラートが選べます。今回はイチゴのソルベとイチゴのジェラートを注文しました。
イチゴミルク味なので、ソルベに負けてしまうかな、と思ったのですが、ソルベの味と香りにも負けず、最後まで美味しくいただけました。
I ordered this ice cream cake online and it was very delicious, so I visited it (this is my third visit).
Choose a cup or cone first. After that, you can choose two types of gelato for 350 yen. This time I ordered strawberry sorbet and strawberry gelato.
It tastes like strawberry milk, so I thought I would lose to sorbet, but I couldn't beat the taste and aroma of sorbet, and it was delicious until the end.

アイス工場の片手間でやっているので仕方ないとは思いますが、雑すぎ、暗すぎ、無愛想すぎる。
おまけにいつやってるかわからない。閉店時間も日によって気分次第。
自社のホームページもあるし、今は更新しやすいSNSだってあるので周知はしっかりしてほしい。
モノがいいのに広告と接客でもったいないことしてる。

I think it can't be helped because it's done with one hand at the ice factory, but it's too messy, too dark, and too unfriendly.
Besides, I don't know when I'm doing it. The closing time depends on the mood depending on the day.

Even though things are good, it's a waste of advertising and customer service.
