★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モバイルオーダーで注文し、受け取りに行ったが、出来ていなくて「注文が入ってません」とタブレットを見せられた。
作るまで10分は待たされた。
注文完了のメールは来ているし、おかしいと思い本部に連絡したら、店長からメールが来て「混雑していて、作る暇がなく苦し紛れにバイトが嘘をついた」とのこと。
信じられない、もう二度と購入しない。
I placed an order with a mobile order and went to pick it up, but it wasn't completed and I was shown a tablet saying "No order has been placed".
I had to wait 10 minutes to make it.
I received an order completion email, and when I contacted the headquarters because I thought it was strange, the store manager sent me an email saying, "It was so crowded that I didn't have time to make it and my part-time job lied."
I can't believe it, I will never buy it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入り口入ったカウンターがとても高くて店員さんが客を見下げる感じです。レジは奥にあって、商品受け取ってお店を出る人的は帰りにくい不親切な作りです。
お店の人もずっと雑談してるしすごいこっちが気を遣います。
商品渡すとき、スプーンに他のアイスを一口分乗せていたのですが、子供が食べられないのものなだったので、一言聞いてもらえたらありがたかったです。
The counter at the entrance is very high and the clerk looks down at the customers. The cash register is in the back, and it is unfriendly for people who receive products and leave the store.
The people at the shop are chatting all the time, and I'm really worried about this.
When I handed over the product, I put a bite of other ice cream on the spoon, but it was something that children couldn't eat, so I was grateful if you could ask me a word.

スカイツリーを真下から眺められる広場にあり、外にはソラマチの椅子やテーブルが沢山あるので買って外で食べるには最高な季節にオープンしましたね♪
中にも数席ですが椅子とテーブルがありますよ☆
味はキャラメルとストロベリーにしてみましたが、新発売？のスイカを味見させてもらいました！！
さっぱりしていて美味しい(^o^)v
店員さんも優しい感じで買い物がしやすい雰囲気は満載です☆
てか、サーティワンアイスクリームで感じの悪い店員さん見たことないな！！
ソラマチに入りやすいアイスクリーム屋さんが出来て本当に嬉しい今日この頃でした♪
Thirty One Ice Cream is ready in Solamachi (^ o ^) v
It is located in a plaza where you can see the Sky Tree from directly below, and there are many Solamachi chairs and tables outside, so it opened in the best season to buy and eat outside ♪
There are several seats inside, but there are chairs and tables ☆
I tried caramel and strawberry for the taste, but is it new? I was allowed to taste the watermelon! !!

The clerk is also kind and full of atmosphere that makes shopping easy ☆
I've never seen a clerk who feels uncomfortable with Thirty One Ice Cream! !!
It was around this time that I was really happy to have an ice cream shop that is easy to enter Solamachi ♪
