 You can drive to just below the observatory (free of charge) Although it is surrounded by trees, you can see 360 degrees because it is on the top floor of the trees. Also, the northeastern part of the No. 23 bypass is ant. It looks like it's flowing and it's beautiful with the night view.

There is an observatory on the hill and you can overlook Nishi-Mikawa. The parking lot is quite close to the observatory, so you can easily enjoy the beautiful scenery.
