浜田山のそばの名店がモリシアにあります。そばは細く透き通っていて繊細です。また食べたいと思わせるそばです。淡白なそばが好きな方にはおススメです。
There is a famous shop near Mt. Hamada in Moricia. Soba is thin, transparent and delicate. It is soba which makes you want to eat again. It is recommended for those who like light white soba.

何年か前に行った時美味しかったので、久しぶりに行ってみましたが、天ぷらはベチョベチョ、ご飯も水ぽいし、お蕎麦はボソボソでぶちぶちちぎれてました。あれは蕎麦?だったのかな…薬味には髪の毛が入っているし。(薬味のネギもパサパサ) お味噌汁もインスタントな味でこぼした後が残ってて具のわかめはデロデロ。 あんなに不味いのに¥1200よく取れるなぁ。と思いました。因みに店のおばちゃんも咳込んでて怖かった。不味い、高い、不衛生。二度と行きません。

天せいろ頂きました。お蕎麦は細く白い美味しいお蕎麦でした。天ぷらもカラリと揚がり美味しかったです。 目の前が大学のキャンパスで眺めがよかったです。

数年ぶりの訪問。麺が以前と違う気がする。前の方が好き。 つゆは江戸前風の甘くて濃い味。

モリシア9階。カウンター席もあるので、1人でも入りやすい。カウンター席からは千葉工大が目の前。 まあまあボリュームがある。蕎麦は淡白。ツユが今ひとつ、これならスーパーで売ってるメジャーなやつを使った方がいい。薄いのか、しょっぱいのか、よく分からない変な味のつゆ。

美味しい細い蕎麦でした。けんちん蕎麦をいただきました。出汁は藪系、しっかりとした味ですが、そんなに塩辛くありません。おススメです。窓から見える千葉工大の灯りもなかなか見ごたえがあります。
It was delicious thin soba. I had Kenchin Soba. The dashi stock is bushy and has a solid taste, but it is not so salty. I recommend it. The lights of the Chiba Institute of Technology that you can see through the window are also quite spectacular.
