★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日までに予約をしなければならないのが少し面倒。例えば、朝９時までに予約すれば、お昼が食べられるという風には出来ないだろうか？
仕舞た屋を改造してお蕎麦屋にしているので、玄関は普通の家のよう。
細目の蕎麦は美味しかったし、エビの天ぷらも美味しかった。開業したばかりなので、メニューが少ないのが残念なところ。
今後の繁栄を期待してます。

肝心の料理の感想ですが、十割そばの概念変わります！ボソボソすると思ってましたが、全くせず、ツルツルとのどごし最高です！
無限に食べられます！(笑)
ご夫婦の接客も好印象です。
また利用します。

貸し切り状態なので、座敷、テーブル席どちらも利用可能ですが、娘がいるので座敷を案内していただきました。
料理、どれも美味しいです。特に稚鮎の天ぷらの苦味がお酒に合って最高です。
器もこだわっておられ、日本酒の徳利お猪口は錫（ すず）のものがあり、美味しく呑めます。
千葉の地酒、福祝がうまいです。
途中、娘が退屈で落ち着かなくなったとき、BGMを演歌からアンパンマンメドレーに変えてくれるご配慮をいただきました。感謝！

趣味が高じてお店を出したそうで、さすがご主人が蕎麦好きなだけあり、こだわった季節の料理が最高です。
一般的な蕎麦屋よりも出来映えの水準がはるかに高く、圧倒されます。「数で売る」店と比べられない味わいでした。
歓談しつつ食事を楽しむお店なので、普段よりもゆったりと楽しむ余裕が必要です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 脱サラして自宅開業した「単なる蕎麦好き」と侮ってはいけません。お蕎麦に辿り着く前にいただく「おつまみ」からして、とても丁寧な仕事をされています。伝統だ老舗だと胡座をかいている職人さんじゃ、ここまでは出来ません。お蕎麦も美味しい。お蕎麦が美味しいのをお伝えした上で、私の今回のイチオシは「白エビとみつばのかき揚げ」です。具をつなぐ接着剤程度の衣をまとって揚げられたかき揚げは、衣でかさ増ししたようなどごぞのお店とはまるで違います。白エビの旨味が閉じ込められていて、みつばがさっぱり爽やかなアクセントになっていました。
そして何よりもご夫婦のお人柄が素晴らしく気持ちよかったです。

天せいろ と かけ蕎麦の2つを食べました。
天せいろの天ぷらはカラッと仕上がっていて、塩／天つゆどちらでも美味しく頂けました。
蕎麦もしっかり締まっていて文句なしに美味しいです。
かけ蕎麦ですが、ツユの味は良かったのですが、とにかくぬるかった。このおかげでせっかくの味が台無しになっていました。その分、☆マイナス1とさせて頂きました。
