また、急いでる趣旨を予め伝えているにも関わらず数日連絡が来なく、こちらから折り返すということが何度もありました。事前に準備しておくことも可能なことを準備しておらず、内見に1日時間を使いました。
学習しないのでしょうか。恐らくご本人様に言っても伝わらない可能性があるので、本社にクレーム入れた方が確実だと思います。
連携が取れていないのか、情報が伝わってないこともあったり、条件を提示しているにも関わらず、条件に合った物件を紹介していただけなかったことも残念です。
個人情報の漏洩もありました。身内でも個人情報の取り扱いには気をつけていただきたいです。心身の疲労で裁判にする余裕がないので、こちらに口コミとしてご報告させていただいております。
本当に困りました。そして、心身共に疲弊しました。
また、新型感染症の影響や、遠方であることを伝えても、来店ばかり勧められ、メールも質問に対しての回答がないため何度も同じやりとりをしたり、疲れました。
結果、私は引越しができなくなりました。
