ぽ	ぽんず on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方の口コミには接客が雑という内容が多かったですが、私の担当者の方は説明から内見、契約までとても丁寧な接客をして下さいました。条件にあう物件を親身になって探してくださったり、相談に乗ってくださったり、たくさん質問もしましたが、分からないことは電話をかけて確認してくださったりと、とても親切でした。事前の来店予約に関しても多いくらいに確認のご連絡もありましたし、安心して来店することが出来ました。あとから知りましたが、担当者の方はまだ入社1年とのことで驚きました。すごく満足しています。この場を借りて改めてお礼申し上げます。ありがとうございました。【追記】※マイナス評価こちらからご紹介されたWiFi会社から当日にご案内の電話が来て、他社よりも安いプランを教えて頂いたので申し込み手続きを決めました。翌日申し込み手続きが上手く進まず、再度WiFi会社に電話をかけたところ、昨日案内のされてないプランまで付けられていて危うく高い金額を支払うところでした。 WiFi会社や電気会社など諸々ご紹介されましたが、自分で調べるか、これまで利用したことのある信頼できる会社にお願いするのが一番だと思います。皆さんもお気をつけ下さい。 Many of the other people's reviews said that the customer service was miscellaneous, but the person in charge of me provided a very polite customer service from explanation to preview and contract. グ	グレ玉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 従業員の入れ替えでもあったのでしょうか？口コミが良かったので何も疑わずに来店予約して行きましたが、結論時間を無駄にしました。来店日時、内見など連絡していた担当者は当日間に合わないとのことで不在。別の方が対応でしたが何も引き継がれていない状態。目の前で本来の担当に電話して資料渡されただけで何も分からないけど何すればいいの？的な会話内容。それ客の前で話す？そして内見予定だった所は午前中に決まったらしく内見できず。事前に確認できることなのに。店舗の雰囲気も暗い。全体的に活気がない。忙しいんですかね？店舗はガラガラ、座ってボーっとしてる従業員はいる、そんな状態だったけどきっと何か他に手一杯で忙しい案件があったのでしょうね。もし、物件決まったとしてもお願いしてよかった！と、心から思えないと思います。まずは電話で問い合わせて電話口で少しでも引っかかることがあればその直感間違いじゃないです。やめた方がいいです。 Was it also the replacement of employees?
