★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今は無き米山初ちゃん食堂のラーメンを思い出させる麺と味でした(若干やしろさんの方が甘めです)美味しい1杯でした。
 The noodles and taste reminded me of the ramen from the now-defunct Yoneyama Hatsune-chan restaurant (Slightly sweeter than Yashiro-san). It was a delicious cup.

中華そば、カツ丼のルーティン。
味は良いが…
しかしオペレーションが酷い。
テーブルの配置がなんか変。
お客さんがどこ座っていいか気を使う。
コショウがいつのかわからない。
ピーク時は麺がのびて出てくることが多い。
カツ丼に付いてくるの毎回インスタント味噌汁だったらいらない。だったらラーメンスープにして。
味はいいのにもったいない。残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔なつかしの中華そば屋といった感じ。ラーメンのスープはしっかり出汁をとっており真面目さが伝わります。カツ丼、写真の通り玉子に醤油を加えてよくかき混ぜ、しぐれ状に火を通したモノで、他店で見たことはありません。カツは厚めながら柔らかく美味しいです。
It feels like an old-fashioned Chinese noodle shop. The ramen soup has a good soup stock, which conveys the seriousness. As you can see in the picture, the katsudon is made by adding soy sauce to the egg, stirring it well, and cooking it in a squid-like shape. I have never seen it at other stores. The cutlet is thick but soft and delicious.

漬物はカラシ漬けで、甘めのカツ丼に合っています。
中華そばは
昔ながらの美味しいサバ節のような出汁の良い味です。
麺は少し硬めでもよかったかなと。
懐かしい味付けです(^^)
