★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水道が出なくなり連絡したらコールセンターに連絡してと言われ連絡したら3時間後ぐらいにエイブルから連絡があり今からオーナーに連絡しますと言われました。その後又連絡がありもう一度出るか試して見てくださいと言われたが出るはずもなく。そこでやっと業者に連絡。
こっちはすごく困ってて早く連絡したのに対応が遅いし、雑。

After that, I was contacted again, and I was asked to try again or try again, but I could not go out. Then finally contact the contractor.
Although I was in trouble here and contacted quickly, the response was slow and it was rough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約させていただき、送られてきた書類には、なんの説明もなくオプションサービスがプラスされていました。担当者に聞くと「いるかと思って」とのこと。少々タイトなスケジュールだったとはいえ、このことや火災保険に関してなど電話で説明する日数は十分にありました。
家探しが初めての方などは知らずに不要なサービスつけられるかもしれないのので気をつけた方がいいかもしれません。ここの方々は皆さん勝手につける方針なんでしょうか。メールの返信も全然してもらえませんでした。

サービスに関しては人の感じ方次第だけど、
あっさりしてるほうがいいので良かった。
ラインはあるけど、結局電話になることが多いので、合ってもなくてもっていう感じ。
