★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで門真周辺の物件を探していて、すぐ連絡を下さったのがクラスモ寝屋川駅前店の大澤さんでした。初めての一人暮らしで土地柄、良い部屋の条件など分からない中、丁寧に教えて下さいました。内覧に行った部屋は先に入居する方が決まってしまったのですが、管理会社の方に問い合わせて下さり、タイミング良く同じマンションで部屋をお借りすることができました。エアコン等部屋の設備も確認して、交換の手配も進めてくださいました。お陰様で快適な生活が送れています！ありがとうございました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不動産屋さんを3店舗比較しましたが、担当者の方の対応が最も信頼出来たのでこちらで契約させて頂きました。
個人的に有り難かったポイントを以下にまとめます。
■物件を細やかに案内してくれた
空調機器の配置やコンセントの配置に着目した間取りの使い方など、入居前の素人では気づきにくい細やかなポイントを教えてくれました。
■物件の短所をズバズバ言ってくれる
他の不動産屋さんが物件の長所ばかり並べて短所についてはこちらから聞かない限りだんまりを決め込む中、こちらの担当者さんはかなりハッキリとものを言ってくれました。
契約させて頂いた物件も「間取りが少し使い辛いかもしれない」とご指摘頂いたので、予めどのように活用するか熟考した上で契約に進めました。
■嫌な顔ひとつせず
契約まで結構悩んだので、何度も来店して見学に同行して頂きました。そろそろ決めないと申し訳ないなと個人的には思っていたのですが、毎回楽しく複数の物件を案内して下さいました。
契約を迫る圧などは一切感じず、じっくり検討する時間を与えてもらいました。

While other real estate agents lined up the strengths of the property and decided on the weaknesses unless asked from here, the person in charge here said something quite clearly.
He also pointed out that the floor plan of the property that was contracted may be a little difficult to use, so we proceeded to the contract after carefully considering how to utilize it in advance.
■ Without a disgusting face
I was worried about the contract, so I visited the store many times and accompanied me to the tour. Personally, I thought I'm sorry if I didn't decide soon, but every time I enjoyed guiding me to multiple properties.
I didn't feel any pressure to sign a contract, and I was given time to consider it carefully.
