ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 梅雨も終盤になると勢いが増してきますね！！　雨の間隙をついて訪れたのは柳町の「岡山ラーメン巳」さん、中央町が本店の巳さん、夜は別名で居酒屋になります。店内は奥に長い構造、厨房・カウンター席・テーブル席が平行に連なります。12時過ぎで先客さん2名、カウンター席端っこに着きます！！注文は「巳ラーメン（700円）」、無料サービスで味玉or替玉．．．2秒悩んで味玉を選択、待つこと10分弱で着丼、素敵な色合いの豚骨醤油スープ、濃厚ですがクドさは皆無、節系？が少し入っているかもです。麺は細ストレート、加水率高めで細くても若干ゴワッと感ありますね。脂身の少ない中サイズチャーシューは2枚、無料の煮玉子はいい感じの仕上がり、他の具材は木耳・青ネギになります。中央町で頂いた”鰹らーめん”ほど個性は感じませんでしたがバランス良好豚骨醤油スープは安定感ありました(^^) The momentum will increase at the end of the rainy season! !!
