食材にはこだわりがあり、最後の天茶の付け合わせの少量のワサビが何と生のすりおろしワサビ。感激しました。
The character of the general, the food, everything is perfect.
The ingredients are very particular, and the small amount of wasabi that is the side dish of the last tea is a raw grated wasabi. I was impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旬の野菜を揚げたてでいただけて、大変美味しかったです。厨房は一人。おしゃべりな方で、お客さんと話すのが大好きみたいです。彼女と食べながらじっくり話そうという用途には向きません。話に割り込んできて邪魔です。味は良し、接客に難あり。個人的には二度と行きたくありません。
The freshly fried seasonal vegetables were delicious. The kitchen is alone. I am a talkative person and love to talk to customers. It is not suitable for the purpose of talking carefully with her while eating. It ’s bothering me to interrupt the story. The taste is good and there is difficulty in serving customers. I don't want to go again.

バーみたいな雰囲気でしたが
本格的な天ぷらが出てきました
ゆっくり食べてお酒を楽しむ。
奈良に泊まる時はここだな、と言う感じです

サービスもいい。
新鮮な旬の食材を使ったお料理を提供してくれる。
オーナーの一生懸命なお人柄がうかがえるお料理。
客層もいい。みな都会的にわきまえている雰囲気が漂う。
まぁ、好き嫌いはあるだろうが、私は嫌いじゃないな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こじんまりとした天ぷら専門店。清潔な店内で、カウンターのみ10席ほどです。お料理は天ぷらのコースのみ。どれも旬の良い食材を使っているのが伝わる、おいし～い天ぷらたちです。カラッと揚がった衣が、サクッと心地よい食感。たまりませ～ん。ごま豆腐も天ぷらにしちゃってます。〆の”天茶”も美味しいよ。大将はお料理の腕だけでなくお人柄も二重丸！お料理をしながら気さくに話しかけてくれる大将、落語家さんかと思うほどにお話が上手です。お気遣いも細やかで、帰りはお見送りまで。楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

A small tempura specialty store. In a clean shop, the counter only has about 10 seats. Only tempura course is available. All of them are delicious and tempura, using the best seasonal ingredients. The crisp and fried garment has a pleasant texture. Do not collect. Sesame tofu is also tempura. The “Tencha” of the candy is also delicious. The general is not only a cooking skill but also a double personality! The story is good enough to think of a rakugo writer, a general who speaks casually while cooking. Care is also taken care of, and the return is to see off. I had a great time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have spend a amazing evening there ! The chief was very kind and explain every single tempuras he made. He deliver us an amazing choice of fresh ingredients. The taste was delicate and delicious.
We also have the chance to meet an amazing family who was already there and help us to exchange with the owner. It was very nice to talk about our respective culture. We really enjoy the night , I recommand the place. Hope I will see some izakayas like that opening in France !
