J	Jessica Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free campsite, it was a little busy at night, but very quiet to sleep, facilities are good, cooking area, tap water toilets are good, and there’re trees surrounded, so temperatures are good at summer night for sleeping. People leaving early in the morning, it’s even good to stay for few days to rest!! Loving it!!
R	Rojina Bade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free camp site, pretty close from the sand dunes, no reservation required; However, you are required to fill up a form at the entrance, although there is no one to check it. Water supply, toilet, cooking (bbq) area with sink and garbage disposal containers are available. For backpackers, Kirinzushi (麒麟獅子) bus stops at "Kodomo no kuni", which is just few hundred meters from the camp site. There is another bus stop, called "Kodomo no kuni iriguchi", which is about 1.5km from the site.
S	Shane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place but overall I highly recommend it especially since it's free. No showers though. Toilets are western and Japanese style that I think are cleaned daily! The only bad thing would be that a lot of the campsite grounds are on an incline/decline. Ground is fairly even but you better situate your sleeping arrangement beforehand. Trees are nice but they also take up a lot of space. It wasn't too crowded here but there were some loud people. Campsites are somewhat close together. They have bbq pits and sinks I believe. I didn't venture over there since they were pretty crowded. Sand Dunes are less than 2km's away.
A	Artjom Gerber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free + no reservation needed. Located right next to the dunes, has running water, toilets, and drink vending machines. Other food sources are 2km away. There are no electric outlets that you could use freely. A pretty large place that is well visited and it tends to get loud.

You can also have your own camp fire/BBQ. 300m away there is a hotel with an onsen for 500yen. Across the street from a quieter part of the sand dunes and right on a cycle route. This is a must return campground for me!
