注文を取るときの態度が悪い。
机をしっかり拭いていない。
褒められるところがあるとすれば、ラーメンが食えること。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本場山形県の手揉みちぢれ麺にさっぱりとした醤油スープです。
チャーシューが入った焼飯チャーハン、いつもセットで注文します。
背脂入りもおすすめ。
辛味噌ラーメンも余りしつこく無く美味しい。
店が狭いので１２時前後は待ち時間が多少ありますが。並んでも食べたいお店です。
11時から午後2時過ぎには材料が無くなるので早目に行くことをオススメします。
A refreshing soy sauce soup made from hand-kneaded Michijire noodles from Yamagata prefecture.
I always order fried rice with char siu as a set.
Also recommended with lard.
The spicy miso ramen is not too persistent and delicious.
Since the store is small, there is some waiting time around 12:00. It is a shop that you want to eat even if you line up.
It is recommended to go early as the ingredients will run out from 11:00 to 2:00 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か来店しているが今までに無いラーメンのスープが温い、麺が固い。紅生姜入り炒飯は作り置きしているのか出て来た時には温い、あり得ない。店主(作り手)が会計等も行っているので作るのに集中出来て居ない。店員1人は居る。もう行く気がしない。
I've been to the store several times, but the ramen soup is warm and the noodles are hard. The fried rice with pickled ginger is warm when it comes out, and it is impossible. The shop owner (creator) also does accounting, so I can't concentrate on making it. There is one clerk. I don't feel like going anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内はカウンター席と、窓側カウンターのみで対面ではない分安心感があります。地元のお客さんが利用されるようで、親近感のある雰囲気があります。
米沢ラーメンの特徴的な縮れ細麺にあっさり醤油スープがとてもいい相性で、ここでしか味わえないので何度も足を運びたくなります。
There is a sense of security in the store because there are only counter seats and window counters, not facing each other. It seems to be used by local customers and has an intimate atmosphere.
The soy sauce soup goes very well with the characteristic curly thin noodles of Yonezawa ramen, and you can only taste it here, so you will want to visit it many times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて来店をしました。席の案内はなく、しばらく待たされ後にお好きな席へどうぞと。
店内は暗く、寒く、一度お客様が帰り私と主人だけになりました。
次にお知り合いの方が来店されたのか、そこで切れた灯油を入れ始め…なんなの？といった感じです。
米沢ラーメンも、もう少しスープに深みがあったような…
麺はよかったです。
ミニ焼飯はおいしかったです。

The inside of the store was dark and cold, and once the customer returned, I and my husband were the only ones.
I wonder if an acquaintance came to the store next time, and started to put in the kerosene that had run out there ... What? It's like that.
Yonezawa ramen also seems to have a little more depth in the soup ...
The noodles were good.
The mini fried rice was delicious.

昔の味とは違ってますが、色々試行錯誤をした結果だと思ってます。
焼飯はベチャ系てすがそれも味です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日、お盆の日帰り帰省での来訪。
米澤ラーメンメンマ増し、焼き飯を注文。
スープは昔ながらの石巻の方々に馴染みの鯖節の様な風味で、麺も伸びすぎておらず、ちょうど良い茹で加減でした。
また、メンマもチャーシューも薄味で、各々の風味が、スープと麺の塩梅を邪魔していませんでした。
焼き飯も、塩加減がちょうどよく、ラーメンと一緒に食すのにも良かったと思います。
次回はワンタンメン、味噌ラーメンなどを食してみようと思います。

Yonezawa Ramen Menma increased and ordered fried rice.
The soup had a mackerel-like flavor familiar to the people of Ishinomaki, and the noodles weren't overstretched, so it was just boiled.
Also, both menma and char siu had a light taste, and each flavor did not interfere with the soup and the salted plums of the noodles.
The fried rice was just right in salt, and I think it was good to eat with ramen.
Next time, I will try eating wonton noodles and miso ramen.
